A: If you have found your dream study, from my experience, DO NOT choose just one University/Institute and contact them.
I recommend you to contact many Universities, at least contact all Universities which you think they can offer your dream study.
But why do I think you should contact more than one University?
If you contact just one University it means you have just one chance to be accepted to achieve your dream, BUT if you contact 5 Universities in that case you have 5 chances to achieve your dream.
