The Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland is located at the Professional Centre of César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, a prestigious international hotel management school with approximately 500 students from over 60 nationalities With over 25 years' experience, the culinary arts have always been an important part of the hotel and tourism management programmes at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland. Just as the relationship between César Ritz, "The Hotelier of the Kings and The King of Hoteliers", and the famous French chef, Escoffier, marked history, the importance of culinary arts in the hospitality world cannot be ignored. Naturally, the decision was taken to separate both programmes in order to provide more opportunities for students wishing to become chefs. Like all successful culinary programmes, it is essential to combine theory, management, the practice of the culinary arts and service
