I gratuated from the Belvoirpark in 1978. It was the best choice I did for my future. I loved the entire Belvoir team, the instructors and all my co-students. I received a fine education. I was a dedicated student and knew with a certificate from this school in my pocket will get me far. My first job in the US was as a cook at a very famous restuarant in San Francisco, called the Washington Square Bar & Grill. I worked there from 1981-1984. It was a great opportunity to get familiar with the American gastronomie, but I wanted to go back into the hotel business. In 1985 I got a job at the world famous Beverly Hills Hotel as a Food and Beverage Controller. Later I changed my position to be the senior accountant. I stayed there for 11 years and was very happy afterall I had a great resume with a solid Hotel and Restaurant Education as a graduate from the world famous Belvoirpark Hotel and Restuarant Management School. For me the best choice, the best school with lots of hands-on experience.
