Can I apply for a Swiss Government Scholarship to undertake a joint Master program between a Swiss University and a University in a third country?

No. The Swiss Government Scholarships are for full time programs at a Swiss University only. No scholarships are provided for mixed programs (part time in Switzerland and part time in another country).
