Web Link Recognition of Foreign Diplomas The OPET can decide on whether non-Swiss vocational certificates are equivalent to Federal Certificates of Capacity (Fähigkeitsausweise), Swiss vocational diplomas (Fachausweise) or UAS diplomas.
